The High-Value Consumables Management System seamlessly integrates with hospital HIS systems, SPD systems, and other platforms, leveraging automation and information technology to achieve full traceability of high-value consumables from procurement through storage to use, thereby establishing an efficient and intelligent consumables management model. Utilizing the High-Value Medical Supplies Intelligent Management Cabinet, the system can automatically scan and identify medical supply information, track the usage process of medical supplies, and integrate with the backend database to achieve precise location tracking, intelligent access, automatic inventory counting, and real-time monitoring of medical supplies. It can dynamically display real-time inventory levels, usage status, and stockout information, enabling lean management of medical supply requests, procurement, and replenishment. Each cabinet operates independently and offers three optional login methods: fingerprint recognition, card swiping, and facial recognition, clearly assigning responsibility. The main cabinet is equipped with a touchscreen computer that alerts users to consumables nearing their expiration date and stock shortages, ensuring safety and convenient access.
