LED light sources have a lifespan of over 60,000 hours, which is 40 times longer than the average lifespan of halogen light sources in ordinary shadowless lamps. LED light sources do not produce infrared radiation, resulting in a temperature rise of ≤0.5℃ on the surgeon’s head. This extremely low temperature rise in the surgical area also prevents fluid loss caused by temperature increases during surgery. Traditional halogen shadowless lamps produce a large amount of infrared radiation, causing the surgeon’s head to heat up and sweat, leading to discomfort during prolonged surgery and causing tissue dehydration, which hinders healing. During deep surgery, surface tissues may block some of the illumination light, creating localized shadows in the surgical area. The Mingtai LED surgical shadowless lamp system, when set to deep illumination mode, automatically shuts off ineffective LED light sources and selectively and automatically increases the brightness of effective LED light sources to compensate for shadows. This technology ensures a clear field of vision during deep cavity surgery.

Mingtai LED Surgical Shadowless Lamp Series (Adjustable Color Temperature) consists of four different colored LEDs. By adjusting the brightness of each color LED, the color temperature can be adjusted between 3600-5600K to meet the different color temperature preferences of doctors. 4300K is the standard surgical color temperature, which is closest to natural sunlight and suitable for most surgeries.

It adopts microcomputer digital control, and the light can be adjusted in several levels to achieve stepless dimming. It has eight continuous display segments, an adjustment range of 10%-100%, a background light illuminance of ≥30Lux, and an automatic memory function.
