1. Tendering Conditions

1). MINGTAI Technology R&D Center production workshop construction has been approved by Qufu Economic Development Zone. The tenderee is the bidding committee of Shandong Mingtai Medical Equipment Group Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions, and the project is now open for bidding.

2). Fair, just and open. The project plans to invite bidding to select partners, and warmly welcomes construction units with strength and good reputation to participate in the bidding.

2. Project Overview and Tender Scope

1). Project Name: Production Workshop Project of Mingtai Group Five-story Technology R&D Center

2). Project location: No. 8 Yangchun Road, West Industrial Zone, Qufu City, Mingtai Group factory; the construction site has three links and one average.

3). Scope of Bidding: The bidding unit must prepare bidding documents in accordance with the specific requirements of the drawings attached to the bidding documents. Without the permission of the tenderee, the parameters and requirements of the drawing design shall not be deviated.

3. Technical And Quality Requirements

1). Technical requirements

This project must be constructed in strict accordance with the current national engineering construction technical specifications and the specific requirements of our factory (including temporary design changes by the tenderee).

2). Scale

After the construction of this project is completed, the inspection and evaluation results according to the current national construction acceptance standards must meet the qualified and above standards.

4. The Bidding Enterprise Requirements

1). Requirements for bidding enterprises: civil engineering second-level general contractor or above.

2). Deadline for registration is February 28, 2022

5. The final interpretation right belongs to the bidding committee of Shandong Mingtai Medical Equipment Group Co., Ltd.
