Overview
1 Operating light shell is made of aluminum alloy, adopts an ultra-thin and streamlined shape design. The thickest part is no more than 18CM, the air resistance is smaller. The curved and smooth surface prevents the deposition of dust and facilitates the clean air to reach the surgical wound more smoothly.
2 The main light use 48LEDS(main bulb)+144LEDS(auxiliary bulb) LED light source (light cup is one main and three auxiliary bulb structure), divided into multiple independent illuminant group; Satellite light use 24LEDS(main bulb) + 72LEDS(auxiliary bulb) LED light source (light cup is one main and three auxiliary bulb structure), divided into multiple independent illuminant group; Each light use double CPU control, every group of LED light source controlled by special circuit chip, any group failure will not affect the normal use.
3 Use international advanced warm white LED as light source, environmental, lower energy consumption, LED bulb life: ≥60000 hours. Equips with color temperature adjustment function.
4 The central handle is detachable and can be sterilized under high temperature and high pressure at 134℃, convenient for adjustment and flexible positioning; Control panel is in the C-arm joint, has brightness prompt function.
5 LED do not engender infrared ray and ultraviolet radiation, it doesn’t have the temperature rise and organize damage for wound caused by halogen shadowless light, can accelerate the wound healing after surgery, and has no radiation pollution.
6 Microcomputer digital control, stepless adjustment brightness, eight levels continuous indicating, adjustment range: 10%-100%, backlight illumination: ≥30 Lux; with automatic memory function.
7 Adopt the design of suppressing electromagnetic wave interference to avoid mutual interference with other equipment in the operating room.
8 Use Satlite oval swing pipe design, can install 4 arms in complex operating room, also can be reserved per hospital’s request, convenient to upgrade and provide perfect solution for the increasing multi-media request of hospital.
9 The shaft rotating device of the operating light has a safe bearing design. Each rotating joint of the operating light adopts new type butterfly brake damping device, no drift. The focusing system adopts a lightweight central axis spiral structure to drive the four-point lever to adjust the angle of the light panel to achieve the adjustment of the spot size.
10 The balance arm adopts Mingtai good quality arm, the transmitter has a three-way conductive ring, the male and female connectors can rotate infinitely with the conductive system. Optional Germany ONDAL arm, more than 6 group universal joints, every cantilever must have more than 3 joints which can be rotated in 360°, equips with fatigue correcting unit and fix position hand handle device, easy to fix position after long time using.
11 The light can be pulled near to floor, convenient for any angle illumination. Unify ABS operate handle and central operation handle convenient to operate. Product execute international IEC standard.
